RAMPAGE MLR Sprint Series

Rampage Performance Motorparts is pleased to announce that it will sponsor the new Mitsubishi Lancer Register Sprint Series throughout 2007.

Now the largest HKS performance parts distributor in the UK, Rampage sees its involvement with the new seven-round series as an excellent promotional opportunity by building a relationship with the UK’s foremost Lancer Evolution community.

“We are delighted to become the title sponsor for the MLR Sprint Series this year,” said Steve Turvey, Managing Director of Rampage. “It will be a great way for us to get to know many of the club’s members, who are ultimately our potential customers and to see first-hand how we can best support them in terms of supplying parts and services.”

Speaking on behalf of the Mitsubishi Lancer Register, Darin Frow said:

“It’s great to have such support for our first full year of the Sprint Series – especially from a company as proactive as Rampage. I’m confident that the association will prove to be a successful one for them, the MLR, its competitors and its members.”

The Mitsubishi Lancer Register is one of the world’s largest Evo clubs and, thanks to its extensive calendar of events, comprehensive website and quarterly magazine, now boasts nearly 2000 members and over 28,000 registered users on their website: www.lancerregister.com

The Rampage MLR Sprint Series features sevenrounds, taking place at a variety of venues around the UK. Each is organised by the MLR and is open to members driving Mitsubishi Lancers. The company will be represented in the events by its Sales Manager Lee Linford, who will himself be competing in his Rampage-tuned Evolution V.

The events feature five different classes, trophies for the winners in each category and at least six timed runs during the day – three practice and three competitive. Although the number of entries will be limited, spectators are welcomed at all of the venues.
